Whether it is prayer for a loved one, friend who is hospitalized or a prayer of thanks, fill
out the form and click submit to be
  placed on our prayer list.  

The weekly bulletin will only list people who regularly attend CCC.  All others will be on
our Website Prayer List located under the
News & Events tab.
