Worship Leader facilitates all promiseland activities. They motivate and energize the kids with well planned songs, games and activities. A worship leader must be active in worship at CCC.

Adult Coach is a relationship builder with younger children. A coach gives each child love and encouragement. All adult coaches must be active in worship at CCC.

Story Teller loves God and children. A storyteller shares the experience with the listener. He/She is painting a moving picture of places and events in the mind of the listener. The storyteller is helping the listener feel the character’s feelings, his problems, and his joys. He/she lets the listener see himself and his own life. He/she gives the listener new insights, courage and determination. The storyteller should be active in worship at CCC.

Teen Coach loves God and children. A teen coach is a “relationship builder” with younger children. He/She gives each child love and encouragement. A teen coach is an example of an authentic Christian teen. He/She is willing to share his/her life with each child. A teen coach is an active member of the Youth Group at CCC. A teen coach must go through training.
